- Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and voter engagement tools.
- Strong understanding of political narratives, public sentiment, and grassroots mobilization strategies.
- Excellent copywriting, content strategy, and crisis communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing political scenarios, and manage high-pressure campaign environments.
- Knowledge of election laws, digital political advertising guidelines, and compliance regulations is a plus.
