Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, vendor payments, invoicing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should be comfortable working with Tally, Excel, GST-related documentation, and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices; track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify vendor bills, coordinate approvals, and support vendor-payment processing.
- Maintain petty cash records, expense statements, reimbursements, and payment trackers.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and monthly account closing activities.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other statutory-compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors, payroll partners, banks, vendors,



and internal stakeholders as required.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries, cash-flow trackers, and management reports.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and other finance-related activities assigned by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a corporate, IT, consulting, or service-based organization.
