About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for visiting client locations, generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and converting leads into business.

The candidate should be comfortable with field work, client meetings, local travel, and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations regularly to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Approach prospective clients and introduce company products and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, market research, references, and other business development activities.




- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure proper follow-up after meetings.
- Prepare daily client visit reports, lead updates, and sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Travel locally and, when required, to nearby locations for client meetings and business development activities.
