Job title: Operation Executive

Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Reports to : Assistant Manager and TL
reporting to jobholder : Operational Hub Employees
Qualification : Commerce Graduate /Finance Background

Purpose of function:
In this position, you will assist in all operational hub activities on ships worldwide covered by our global contracts. Duties & Responsibilities:

· Attend daily emails flow in the clients folder to ensure timely follow-up and action.

· Check Daily Reports for PDA / FDA / SDA calls

· Update and maintain work done sheet.

· Update working Instructions when there is any change in procedures and the updated file is kept on shared folder.

· Co-ordinate with GOH / FINHUB teams when their assistance is required for PDA / FDA submissions.

· Provide suggestions to improve the process.

Internal contacts:

· IT, Operations teams , Finance teams, client managers, S5 management

External contacts:

· Clients, Vendors, Third party portals

Education level / needed knowledge and experience:

· Have a college degree,



and a shipping-related training is a plus;

· Job experience, in shipping or business process outsourcing environment is an advantage;

· Have good communicative skills and a good knowledge of English, both speaking and written;

· Affinity with IT systems;

· Have no nine-to-five mentality;

· Ability to work with international contacts and have a global perspective

· Have a positive attitude and commitment to the company, based on our three core values of Service, Innovation and Integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
