Role & responsibilities
- Conduct land, site and construction surveys for the township development project.
- Carry out accurate site measurements, leveling, setting out and plot demarcation.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS and other surveying instruments.
- Establish and verify coordinates, benchmarks, reference points and site levels.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, measurements and site reports.
- Set out roads, plots, boundaries, utilities and other township infrastructure as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Site Supervisors, contractors and consultants.
- Check construction work against approved drawings, dimensions and levels.
- Identify discrepancies in site measurements and coordinate for timely corrections.
- Maintain proper records of survey data, drawings and measurements.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all surveying activities at site.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Surveyor.
- Diploma/ITI in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong practical experience with Total Station and Auto Level.
- Experience in township, residential, layout development or land development projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of land measurement, leveling, setting out and plot demarcation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/site drawings.
- Knowledge of GPS surveying and basic AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Positive numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
