Sri Fine Jewellery is looking for a creative, proactive and trend-focused Social Media & Content Executive to manage our social media presence and take ownership of content planning, grid design, shoots, collaborations and day-to-day social media execution.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just post content, but can think, plan and create content for the brand independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and maintain a premium, visually consistent Instagram grid.
- Develop original content ideas aligned with Sri Fine Jewellery's brand identity.
- Research trending reels, audios, formats and social media trends and creatively adapt relevant trends for the brand.
- Plan content for anchor shoots and product shoots, including concepts, hooks, scripts, talking points and shot requirements.
- Coordinate with anchors, videographers, photographers and the internal team during content shoots.
- Create/design social media creatives including posts, carousels, stories,



reel covers and promotional content.
- Manage regular posting across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube/YouTube Shorts.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, titles, descriptions, hashtags and CTAs.
- Plan content around new collections, bridal seasons, festivals, campaigns, launches and store activities.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity, communication style and premium positioning.
- Create a balanced content mix including trending reels, product content, educational content, brand storytelling, bridal content and promotional content.
- Ensure every shoot generates multiple usable pieces of content across different social platforms.
- Monitor social media performance including reach, engagement, views, saves, shares and follower growth.
- Analyse what content is performing well and use those insights to improve future content.
