Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a explicit and concise manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau, and Kubernetes.
