Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to fiber optic cables, servers, storage systems, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and develop effective solutions.
- Develop documentation for incident management processes and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in Data Center Engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of data center operations, including power management, cooling systems, and physical security.
- Proficiency in working with fiber optic cabling systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with server hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
