Career Specialist -Job Overview

We are looking for a Career Specialist who can guide students in choosing the right course and career.

You will talk to students and their parents, understand their needs, explain suitable courses, and help them complete the admission process.

You will also work with the branch and admission teams to make sure students have a smooth experience.

Main Responsibilities

*Talk to students and parents about their education and career goals.

*Suggest the right courses and career options based on their needs.

*Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.

*Answer student questions through calls, emails, and messages.

*Follow up with interested students and help them complete admission.

*Handle students who visit the branch directly.

*Convert enquiries into successful admissions.

*Coordinate with branch and admission teams.

*Explain course fees and follow the organization's fee rules.





*Keep student information and records updated.

*Complete daily work and achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.

Qualifications & Skills

*Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.

*Positive communication and people skills.

*Friendly, patient, and understanding with students.

*Able to communicate well with students from different backgrounds.

*Good problem-solving skills.

*Able to work independently.

*Experience in counselling, student support, or advisory work is an advantage.

*Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and similar tools.

*Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

*Positive attitude and willing to take initiative.

*Good at finding solutions to problems.
