Purpose:
The person needs to Lead SAP Security and GRC function by ensuring robust access control, compliance, and governance frameworks while supporting business operations, minimizing risks, and driving secure and efficient SAP system management.

Key Accountabilities

Description

SAP Security & GRC Governance
- Lead SAP Security and GRC processes ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain policies, controls, and governance frameworks for SAP environments.
- Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD), access risk analysis, and emergency access management

System Implementation & Support
- Configure, implement, and maintain SAP GRC tools in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for SAP Security and GRC-related issues. Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure system stability

User Access & Risk Management
- Manage user administration, role creation, and access provisioning. Conduct regular user access reviews (UAR) and risk analysis (RAR).




- Ensure secure and efficient handling of authorization and identity management processes.

Integration, Projects & Audit Support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for SAP rollouts, integrations, and upgrades. Support SAP security audits, ITGC compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate control effectiveness across business cycles and recommend improvements

Service Delivery & Performance Monitoring
- Manage ticketing processes, SLA adherence, and issue resolution.
- Develop dashboards and track KPIs related to security operations and compliance. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency

Education & Skills:
B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MBA (IT). SAP Certification (preferred).
10–15 years in SAP Security and GRC roles with experience in SAP HANA / S4 HANA environments.
