About the Role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our product design team and create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences across both mobile applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate has solid visual design skills, deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that scale across multiple devices and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, persona creation, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts clearly.
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides ensuring consistency across apps and websites.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and responsive UI solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance) to ensure inclusive design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, interaction patterns, and UI/UX tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of UI/UX design experience working on large-scale web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform design work (web + iOS/Android apps).
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking process.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing dashboards, enterprise apps, or consumer-facing products.
- Motion design / micro-interactions knowledge to enhance usability.
