ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across both regions to drive growth in Remidio s ophthalmology device portfolio. You will lead a team of Area/Territory Sales Managers, drive key account relationships,



and be accountable for meeting revenue targets, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the South zones in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales teams (Area Sales Managers Territory Executives).
- Drive achievement of sales targets across geographies and product lines.
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards across sales practices.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including ophthalmologists, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
- Identify current market opportunities and drive expansion into untapped geographies.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends; provide actionable insights.
