We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in comprehensive dental care, with a strong preference for individuals who have specialized training or extensive experience in Endodontics. You will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth day-to-day clinical management of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Root Canal Treatments (RCT): Perform both routine and complex endodontic procedures with precision and care.
- Extractions: Safely and effectively perform routine and surgical tooth extractions.
- Clinical Management: Oversee daily clinical operations, maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilization, and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Patient Care: Diagnose dental conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans,
and educate patients on oral health and preventative care.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid dental degree and active state dental council registration.
- Endodontic training or certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in performing RCTs and dental extractions confidently.
- Solid leadership skills for effective clinical management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a comfortable patient experience.
