We are looking for a Tech Lead — Software to drive the architecture and delivery of our .NET product suite.

You will be a full-stack developer who thrives in an agile, rapid-moving environment, leading a small team

toward building robust, scalable enterprise software used by global clients in critical industries.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Design & architect: build modular, scalable .NET solutions aligned to the product roadmap.

Own security: invent and implement improvements for security and data protection in enterprise software.

▸

Lead technology adoption: evaluate and implement new technologies; make recommendations to the manager and architect.

▸

Mentor the team: guide and manage a small engineering team, enabling their technical excellence.

▸

Drive quality:



actively participate in design discussions, ensuring scalable, reusable, future-proof code.

▸

Deliver on roadmap: design and implement product features as per the product roadmap with minimal schedule variance.

▸

Estimate accurately: assist in effort estimation with minimal error percentage, per company standards.

▸

Champion best practices: adopt correct coding standards to ensure minimal defect progression across releases.

Essential Skills

▸

Full-stack .NET development: .NET / .NET Core / MVC / C# / Web API / RESTful Services / WCF

▸

XML, XML DOM, Ajax, Message Queue, Web Service Security

Cloud-based product design: modules, features, scalable architecture
