Position Overview. The Ops Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities within Blue Dart's Service Centres, Hubs, Processing Units (PUDs) and Warehouses by ensuring productive shipment handling, processing and movement across the network. The role performs a wide range of operational activities including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, shipment reconciliation and data entry while ensuring adherence to operational procedures, safety standards and service commitments. As a frontline operations employee, the incumbent plays a critical role in maintaining shipment accuracy, operational productivity and service quality while representing the Blue Dart brand through professional conduct, discipline and operational excellence.

Job Purpose.



To support efficient shipment processing and operational activities by ensuring accurate handling, sorting, scanning and movement of shipments while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, quality and compliance with Blue Dart's Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Shipment Processing Operations. Receive, segregate, sort and process inbound and outbound shipments accurately. Perform shipment scanning, bagging, tagging and labelling activities in accordance with operational requirements. Support loading and unloading of shipments from vehicles while ensuring safe handling practices. Ensure timely movement of shipments through various operational stages to meet defined service commitments. Assist in shipment reconciliation and manifest verification activities.
