Job Title: Customer Support Executive (English & Hindi Telugu)

Location: Banjara Hill hyderabad

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Shift: 10-Hour Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive fluent in English and Telugu to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.



Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Meet service quality and response time Standard.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
