About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development / Lead Generation Executive with 6–9 months of experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Candidates with prior exposure to the US market will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with sourcing and prospecting activities, and the ability to take complete ownership of LinkedIn-based activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and identify recent business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, online research, and other prospecting channels.
- Research target companies, identify relevant decision-makers, and build prospect databases.
- Handle end-to-end LinkedIn prospecting activities, including connection requests, follow-ups, messaging, engagement, and lead tracking.
- Take complete accountability for all LinkedIn deliverables and activities assigned to the role.
- Source and identify potential clients, prospects, and business opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to generate meetings and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams to understand service offerings and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, connects, leads, meetings, and other BD activities.
- Maintain a professional and persistent approach when engaging with prospects.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment and talent-sourcing platforms and tools.
