is looking for an experienced
Head of IoT Sales
to build and scale
Vigil
, our IoT-based Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS) for Fire Safety.

This is a
business-building leadership opportunity
where you will own the GTM strategy, build the sales team, drive strategic B2B accounts, and scale adoption across Mumbai, Pune and adjacent markets

.

What we're looking for:

• 10–15+ years of overall sales experience

• 4–5+ years of sales team leadership & revenue ownership

• Experience selling
IoT / BMS / Fire & Security / Facility Management Technology / SaaS /

Technology-enabled solutions

• Strong B2B sales experience with corporates, industrial clients, facility managers, housing societies or institutional buyers

• Proven experience building or scaling a sales vertical/team

• Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage

CTC: ₹9–15 LPA + Performance-Linked Incentives

Location: Mumbai / Pune
