About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager who can lead, coach, and drive a high-performing sales team while contributing to individual sales performance. The role involves managing a team of 5–7 sales executives/associates, ensuring achievement of sales targets, improving team productivity, identifying performance gaps,



and building a robust sales culture focused on customer engagement and revenue growth.The ideal candidate should be a hands-on sales leader who is comfortable with targets, cold outreach, customer objections, performance tracking, and continuous team development.

Specifically, this role will involve:

Team management & performance
- Managing and mentoring a team of 5–7 Sales Executives/Associates.
- Owning and driving team sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Monitoring key sales metrics including call attempts, talk time, first response time, availability, attendance, and conversions.
- Conducting regular team check-ins to identify challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reviewing call recordings, conducting mock calls, and providing constructive feedback.
- Identifying individual and team-level performance gaps and creating improvement plans.
- Identifying training needs and supporting continuous development of team members.
