Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative activities at assigned locations, ensuring statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, HRMS accuracy, and smooth Branch / warehouse administration in alignment with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Handle employee life cycle: joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee master data in HRMS and physical records
- Ensure attendance, leave, shift accuracy and coordination with payroll team
- Manage payroll & ensure employees receive their pay on time.
- Issuance of HR letters: appointment, confirmation, warning, show cause, transfer, termination, experience letters, etc.
- Exit formalities & F&F; settlements
- Administer employee health advantages, such as Mediclaim, Workman Compensation & Term life insurance.
- Coordinate training, induction, and engagement activities across zone
- Provide counselling support to employees who require help

Admin & Facility Management




- Travel across zonal locations to support warehousing and transportation operations.
- Manage Branch / warehouse administration, and conduct periodic HR & Admin audit across the region, ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintaining the Housekeeping, security, pantry related activities
- Vendor management: security, housekeeping & other manpower agencies
- Maintain company assets & ID cards record
- Support facility-related audits and compliance
- Coordinate with HO for infra, repairs, and other Branch requirements

Employee Relations
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Ensure the consistent practice and implementation of ER activities through the application of uniform policies, standard Operating Procedures and documented templates.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy communication
- Support POSH compliance and awareness programs
- Ensure smooth coordination between management and workforce
