*Performance Marketing Manager*

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Performance Marketing Manager
who has successfully
scaled D2C brands
across
Shopify websites
and
leading marketplaces
like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Eternz, etc.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and revenue growth. (Based on the Performance Marketing scope in the proposal.)

Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience.

Nanded City, Sinhgad Road, Pune

Job Responsibilities:

1.
Performance Marketing Strategy -
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct customer persona and audience research.
- Plan customer acquisition funnels (Awareness, Consideration & Conversion).
- Build growth strategies for Website & Marketplace sales.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans.

2. Campaign Management -
- Plan, launch and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spends.
- Scale campaigns based on performance.




- Handle audience targeting and segmentation.
- Manage retargeting campaigns.

3. Marketplace Performance Marketing -
- Handle advertising for Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Eternz and other marketplaces.
- Optimize marketplace campaigns for sales and profitability.
- Improve ROAS, ACOS and overall marketplace performance.

4. Creative Strategy & Testing -
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
- Write high-converting ad copies.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements.

5. Campaign Optimization -
- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns.
- Bid optimization.
- Budget optimization.
- Audience refinement.
- Campaign restructuring based on performance.
- Performance-based campaign scaling.

6. Tracking & Analytics -
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI) and event tracking.
- Monitor Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion trackin
