We are looking for a result-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen the distribution network for the Fans Division in Bhopal. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Channel Sales, General Trade (GT), and Distribution Management, along with a proven ability to create and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive market share growth in the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
- Strengthen distribution and ensure effective market coverage.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute market development initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Fans industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling the Bhopal territory.
- Current or previous experience in the Fans industry is acceptable.
- Strong distributor reach and market connect in Bhopal.
- Sound understanding of Channel Sales, General Trade (GT), and Distribution Management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong team player with a result-oriented mindset.
