Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Director will be responsible for the overall success of IOSIGNITE's Paid Media department.

This is a leadership role rather than an execution role. The successful candidate will own the strategy, quality, processes, reporting and performance of all paid advertising campaigns while mentoring and developing the PPC and Meta teams.

The role requires someone who enjoys solving business problems through digital marketing, building systems, improving team capability and driving measurable growth for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Leadership




- Lead the complete Paid Media vertical across Google Ads, Meta Ads and future paid channels.
- Own the performance of all active client accounts.
- Develop channel strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Ensure campaigns are built following best practices and scalable frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality and return on ad spend.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and introduce current opportunities to the team.

Strategy & Campaign Improvement
- Review campaign performance regularly and recommend improvements.
- Guide the team on bidding strategies, audience targeting, campaign structures and optimisation approaches.
- Develop testing roadmaps for every account.
- Continuously improve landing page strategy and conversion funnels.
- Ensure tracking and attribution are accurate across all campaigns.
