About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Support / Customer Success qualified with strong experience supporting SaaS products and international customers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience communicating directly with international clients, understanding customer requirements, troubleshooting product-related issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Experience in Product Support, Customer Support, Business Development, Pre-Sales Support, or Customer Success is preferred, provided the candidate has strong exposure to a SaaS/product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle direct communication with international clients through email, calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Provide end-to-end support for a SaaS-based product, from issue identification to resolution.
- Understand customer requirements,



business processes, and product-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot functional and product-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, or knowledge-sharing sessions when required.
- Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer requirements and explaining relevant product capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to internal product teams for product improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely communication throughout the support process.
