Senior Sales Executive – Immediate Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, field visits, and other sales channels.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms,



and requirements while working towards successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and current clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle independently, from initial enquiry to closure and handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, meetings, and sales performance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Support junior sales team members with guidance and effective sales practices when required.
