Machine Management: Quality and operating Mitutoyo CMM or similar CMM equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Check and operate CMM machines for dimensional inspection of plastic mold and mechanical parts.
- Performs basic measurements of components to ensure them, meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Support senior quality engineer in performing inspections, generating reports, and troubleshooting.
- Help with in-process and final inspections of manufacturing parts.
- Learn and apply GD&T; principles.
- Document and report measurement data accurately.
- Follow established quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration under supervision.
- Solid willingness to learn CMM operation and programming
- Ability to work under the supervision of senior CMM operators
