to take complete ownership of our online presence and drive measurable growth through performance marketing and organic engagement.

The Role

This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of analytical performance marketing and creative content strategy. You will be the "owner" of our digital ecosystem—from managing large-scale ad spends on Meta and Google to crafting the perfect caption for our social media handles. You will bridge the gap between running high-ROI ads and building a vibrant, responsive social media community.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing:




End-to-end management of paid campaigns across
Meta Ads (FB/Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
to drive store footfalls and online inquiries.
- Social Media Ownership:
Manage the daily operations of all social media handles, including scheduling posts, maintaining the feed aesthetic, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Content Writing:
Craft compelling ad copies, social media captions, and scripts for digital promotions that resonate with the Tamil Nadu market.
- Community Management:
Take charge of online reputation management by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Strategy & Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, optimizing for the best possible ROI.
- Campaign Integration:
Align digital ads with major festive seasons (Diwali, Pongal) and store-specific events (Relaunches/Grand Openings).
