Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain software quality standards.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to deliver projects on time.

Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in leading mobile application development teams for banking services using iOS platform.
- Solid knowledge of Apple iOS application development frameworks (e.g., Swift) and APIs (e.g., Core Data).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage projects effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects within budget constraints.
