About the Role

Zala Kidsworld is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Customer Acquisition Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing our digital marketing, promotional and customer acquisition activities, with a focus on strengthening our local presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan and create engaging marketing content, including Reels, posts and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate digital and offline promotional campaigns.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and customer communication initiatives.
- Support customer acquisition and retention activities.
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal and promotional campaigns.
- Support Meta advertising and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate product photography and video content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute ideas for business growth.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Media or a related field.
- Positive understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.

Freshers with relevant skills and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, retail marketing or sales will be an advantage.

Compensation & Growth

Probation Period: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Following the probation period, compensation will be reviewed based on performance, responsibilities and contribution to the business.

Performance-based salary growth up to ₹20,000+
