Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Staff Augmentation to drive new business development, client acquisition, and account growth for our IT staffing and resource augmentation services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, recruitment sales, or technology services sales, with a proven ability to engage enterprise clients, understand their technical hiring requirements, and convert opportunities into successful staffing engagements.

You will work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to identify suitable technology professionals, manage client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and drive successful resource deployments.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire current enterprise clients requiring IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals,



cold outreach, and other business development channels.
- Conduct client meetings to understand technical, functional, and domain-specific resource requirements.
- Present and position staff augmentation solutions based on client needs.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and client stakeholders.

Staff Augmentation Sales
- Understand client requirements across Data, Analytics, Cloud, Software Development, and other IT technologies.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to source and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Present relevant technical profiles to clients and manage the interview and selection process.
- Follow up with clients throughout the hiring cycle to drive faster closures.
