JOB DESCRIPTION — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating new revenue channels, strategic partnerships and referral networks for BM Elite International Clinic. The position will focus on institutional relationships, corporate healthcare programmes, doctor engagement, community outreach, healthcare partnerships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual business-development plans.
- Identify new patient segments, referral sources and institutional opportunities.
- Study the Chennai healthcare market, competitors and emerging service opportunities.
- Recommend new partnerships, programmes and expansion initiatives.
- Build a structured pipeline of prospective partners and business accounts.
- Institutional and Corporate Partnerships




- Establish relationships with companies, educational institutions, residential communities, gyms, wellness centres, hotels and other organisations.
- Develop corporate health-check, employee wellness and preventive-care programmes.
- Coordinate proposals, presentations, meetings, agreements and account onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with HR teams, corporate administrators and decision-makers.
- Track the revenue and patient volume generated from each partnership.
- Doctor and Healthcare Referral Network
- Build professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and allied healthcare providers.
- Introduce BM Elite’s specialties and available referral pathways.
- Coordinate professional meetings, continuing education programmes and clinical networking events.
- Ensure that all referral activities remain transparent, ethical and compliant with applicable professional standards.
