Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Provide L3 support for Dynatrace environments.
- Perform Dynatrace customization and configuration.
- Troubleshoot complex Dynatrace monitoring and performance issues.
- Perform application and transaction tracing.
- Robust experience with Dynatrace OneAgent.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace ActiveGate.
- Analyze and resolve advanced monitoring, alerting, and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and performance optimization.
