Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with strong expertise MSP, in Mivan shuttering technology and high-rise residential projects, Industrial Project. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of project activities to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera, covering all construction phases.
- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Implement planning strategies specific to Mivan technology for efficient formwork cycles.
- Track progress and prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and clients.
- Identify delays, risks,



and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor cost and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Lead planning meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

612 years of experience in high-rise residential projects with at least 5+ years in Mivan shuttering technology.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and other project management tools.

Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
