Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Strategy & Operations to support strategic and commercial decision-making across real estate projects. The role involves working across land evaluation, product planning, pricing, sales & marketing strategy, project launches, and business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and commercial thinking, along with the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate land opportunities through micro-market analysis, product-market fit, competitor benchmarking, and revenue potential.
- Support masterplan and product design decisions, including density, floor-rise strategy, amenities, and sales infrastructure.
- Develop pricing and inventory strategies, including PLC premiums, payment plans, inventory tranches, and pricing triggers.
- Drive GTM and project launch planning, including campaign schedules,



experience centres, channel partner onboarding, and CRM readiness.
- Support revenue planning, sales forecasting, channel strategy, and incentive/scheme design.
- Manage marketing operations, agencies/vendors, campaign performance, and CAC/CPL optimisation.
- Oversee CRM and sales operations, lead SLAs, SOPs, and Channel Partner processes.
- Develop sales enablement materials and support sales training and customer journey mapping.
- Analyse sales funnels, competitor intelligence, campaign performance, and provide actionable business insights.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business strategies.

Candidate Profile
- MBA preferred in Strategy, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
