The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, Salesforce solutions, MarTech ecosystems, and business transformation,
enabling seamless customer engagement and revenue growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Architect and design Salesforce-based solutions across:
- Sales Cloud
- Commerce Cloud
- Revenue Cloud
- Custom Salesforce implementations
- Define and govern enterprise MarTech architecture including:
- Marketing Automation platforms
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Analytics and Attribution solutions
- Establish integration patterns between Salesforce, MarTech applications, and enterprise backend systems.
- Develop scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture roadmaps.
Business Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs from strategy through deployment and optimization.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
- Define target operating models for Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation, efficiency,
