Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of project plan & project budget
- Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
- Resource planning, arrangement & allocation as per the project plan
- Monitor construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
- Prepare method statements & submits to clients/consultants for approval
- Prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
- Analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
- Initiate and assist in conclusion and closure of change requests with all key stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+Years in Real Estate Industry
- B.E- Civil / NICMAR
- Location: Goregaon (East)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Robust understanding of construction planning principles, real estate development processes, high rise building projects.
