Key Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile sales transactions from retail stores, website, and marketplaces.
- Verify sales data, returns, credit notes, GST, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills.
- Ensure accurate accounting and period-end sales reconciliation.




- Monitor inventory movement and stock transfers.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory adjustments.
- Reconcile marketplaces, payment gateways, customer receivables, and bank settlements.
- Verify commissions, deductions, and collection entries.
- Verify GST on sales invoices.
- Assist in GSTR-1 reconciliation.
- Ensure correct HSN/SAC codes and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly Sales, Inventory, Stock Reconciliation, Customer Outstanding, Payment Gateway, Marketplace, and GST Reconciliation.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Accounting, GST, and Inventory Management.
- Experience with ERP software (Tally/Busy or similar).
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
