Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain for automation projects (PLC, SCADA, panels, robotics, etc.)
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management
- Ensure timely availability of critical automation components (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical)
- Oversee inventory planning, stock optimization, and warehouse management
- Coordinate with design, project, and production teams for material planning
- Manage logistics, dispatch, and transportation (domestic & international)
- Handle import-export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (lead time, cost savings, inventory turnover)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / MBA preferred
- Experience: 15-20 years in supply chain/procurement, preferably in automation, electrical,



or manufacturing industry
- Robust knowledge of automation components sourcing (PLC, drives, sensors, panels, etc.)
- Experience in import-export procedures and global sourcing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP B1)
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
