Role & responsibilities
- Analyze shipment plans and verify product, quantity, and packaging details.
- Prepare and share export packing lists with the documentation team.
- Monitor shipment schedules and follow up to ensure timely dispatches.
- Maintain records of vehicle loading and container stuffing.
- Update Planning & Compliance Dashboard with dispatch and shipment status.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Documentation teams.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Export Documentation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Planning.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical ability.
