Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and qualified manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure orders are accurate and served on time.
- Communicate guest requirements and special requests to the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
- Check on guests regularly and ensure their needs are met.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.




- Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter or in a similar F&B; role.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹48,086.00 - ₹60,084.38 per month
