Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Biochemistry Expert to work on a contract basis to design, execute, and analyze biochemical experiments. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize protocols for protein expression, purification, and characterization. Candidates should have a strong foundation in biochemistry principles and hands-on laboratory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement biochemical assays to evaluate protein function and interactions.

• Develop and refine protocols for protein expression, purification, and characterization.

• Analyze experimental data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential improvements.

• Document procedures, results, and findings in compliance with quality standards.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges in experimental workflows and propose solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





• Experience with protein expression systems such as E. coli, mammalian cells, or cell-free systems.

• Proficiency in biochemical assays including ELISA, Western blot, and activity assays.

• Knowledge of chromatography techniques for protein purification (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion).

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism, Excel, or Python for statistical analysis.

• Experience with molecular biology techniques including cloning, PCR, and DNA/RNA handling.
