Oracle Payroll Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Deep understanding of Oracle Payroll configuration
- Experience setting up Earnings & Deduction Elements
- Experience migrating payroll configurations across PODs (DEV/UAT/PROD)
- Payroll Processing, Costing, Fast Formulas, Balance Adjustments
- HDL/HSDL Data Migration
- Core HR and Absence Management (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Payroll solutions.
- Set up payroll elements, earnings, deductions, and payment methods.
- Migrate payroll configurations and elements across environments.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and support payroll processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design.
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.

Mandatory:
- Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification
- 2+ end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
