Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing team. The candidate will assist in managing orders from development to production and ensure smooth coordination between buyers, suppliers, sampling, production, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior merchandisers in handling buyer orders and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sampling team for sample development and approvals.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; calendars, BOMs, and production details.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and dispatch departments.
- Track order status and ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding product requirements and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, approvals, specifications, and order documents.
- Assist in solving production and delivery-related issues.

Requirements




- Graduate or Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in garment merchandising preferred. Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, sampling, and production.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
