Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates post section and till getting onboarded. Address any questions or concerns they may have and keep them informed about the next steps in the process.
- Pre-Onboarding Coordination:Coordinate with candidates for ensuring all relevant documentation is in place and to actively engage with them till joining.
- Documentation Management: Oversee the collection and processing of required documentation for the offer process and any other pre-employment requirements.
- Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records on an ongoing basis. Prepare reports on the status of candidates in the pre-onboarding phase and ensure timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that may arise.




- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve thepost-offer follow-up process. Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Robust commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
