Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to support our Property Management Services (PMS) team. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, meeting property owners and tenants, collecting property details, coordinating inspections, and supporting the team in property onboarding and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit properties, owners, tenants, and prospective clients as required.
- Identify and collect details of available properties.
- Coordinate property inspections and site visits.
- Meet property owners and explain PMS services.
- Generate leads through field visits and local market activities.
- Follow up with property owners and prospective clients.
- Take property photos, collect documents, and update property information.
- Coordinate with the internal operations and sales teams.
- Assist in property onboarding and handover activities.
- Resolve basic client/tenant queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain daily field visit and activity reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
- Achieve daily and monthly field activity targets.

Pay: ₹10,028.69 - ₹32,554.96 per month
