About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to drive our client acquisition and market presence in the electronic waste (e-waste) and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sectors. In this role, you will not just market a service; you will sell compliance, security, and sustainability. You will design and execute campaigns targeting C-level executives, IT asset managers, and procurement heads to secure high-value corporate recycling contracts and position our company as a trusted compliance partner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & ABM: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads from MNCs, tech hubs, banks, and enterprises.

Value-Driven Content: Create high-impact collateral (whitepapers, case studies, risk reports) that translates technical recycling data into compliance, data security, and ESG value propositions.

Digital Outreach: Oversee multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, targeted email marketing, and search engines to capture corporate decision-makers.

Sales Enablement:



Arm the business development team with pitch decks, ROI calculators, and competitive intelligence to shorten complex corporate sales cycles.

Event Marketing: Organize and promote industry webinars, roundtables, and corporate "Lunch-and-Learn" sessions to build industry authority.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within e-waste management, ITAD, corporate sustainability, or enterprise B2B SaaS.

Industry Literacy: Solid understanding of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), asset recovery models, and secure data destruction standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-88).

Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) frameworks and local environmental/pollution control board disposal regulations.
