- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to biomedical equipment design and manufacturing.
- Skills in Machine Design and related mechanical systems, including selection of materials and components for durability and performance.
- Knowledge in Solidworks is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, detailing, and preparing engineering drawings suitable for production.
- Experience or aptitude in Project Management, including planning tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Interest and capability in Research and Development (R&D;), including prototyping, testing, and iterating on new mechanical designs.
- Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work in office in Vaikam, collaborate effectively with manufacturing and quality teams, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
