About the Role

We are building our own PHP-based ERP system for multiple service businesses, including moving, cleaning, recruitment, and electrical services.

We are looking for an experienced Field Service / ERP Consultant to guide our Product & Development team in designing the system.

Responsibilities
- Design Field Service and service-operation workflows.
- Define entities, relationships, processes, and business rules.
- Advise on work orders, scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Translate business processes into functional requirements for our PHP developers.
- Review implementation and guide the development team.
- Provide documentation and training.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FSM, Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, or similar platforms.




- Strong understanding of Field Service processes, workflows, and data structures.
- Experience guiding development teams on Field Service/ERP solutions.
- SAP FICO / ERP integration experience is a plus.
- PHP development experience is not required.
