Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Brand Strategist to develop and manage the organization’s content strategy, brand positioning, storytelling and content placement across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop content and brand strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Create content themes, campaigns, storytelling frameworks and content calendars.
- Decide the right content, format and platform for different objectives.
- Develop NGO/social-impact stories around beneficiaries, initiatives and impact.
- Provide creative briefs and direction to designers and video editors.
- Guide content for Reels, videos, carousels, websites, brochures, presentations and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
- Review content and creatives before publishing.
- Work closely with Social Media, Digital Marketing,



Design and Video teams.
- Track basic content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Communications, Content Marketing or related fields.
- Strong storytelling, communication and brand positioning skills.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Strong creative, research and ideation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content.
- Experience working with designers, video editors and marketing teams.
- NGO, CSR or social-impact experience will be an advantage.
