We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to generate and manage property leads, channel partner networks and site visits for our residential real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, an existing network of channel partners/brokers, and the ability to lead a sourcing team to consistently deliver quality leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard and manage channel partners, brokers and local agents to generate leads.

Plan and execute lead generation activities including site visits, canopy activities, exhibitions and local marketing.

Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners for repeat business.

Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive walk-ins and site visits.

Track and report daily/weekly lead generation and site visit numbers.

Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads is handed over to the sales/closing team.





Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and competitor activity.

Train and guide the sourcing team on lead generation techniques.

Maintain accurate records of channel partners and leads in the CRM.

Resolve channel partner queries and ensure timely payout of brokerage as applicable.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales or lead generation.

Existing network of brokers/channel partners in and around Kalyan preferred.

Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

Valuable understanding of the residential real estate market.

Comfortable working with CRM software, Excel and lead-tracking tools.

Willingness to travel locally for site visits and partner meetings.

Target-driven with strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Professional attitude with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion.
